PRODUCTS

Everything is made by me, I love organic style and different textures. I only use solid precious metals and do not plate anything. Both lab grown and natural gemstones are featured. Lab grown are a great alternative as they are real gemstones just not grown underground, and in most cases they are much more affordable, sustainable, durable and they are beautiful.

RING SIZING

SHIPPING

Ready to ship items are posted within 72 hours. Made to order takes between 3-5 weeks to complete before it is ready to send.

AUSTRALIA

Free shipping on all orders within Australia sent with Australia Post.
3-6 business days.

NEW ZEALAND

I offer a flat rate of $30 express post (with signature) and tracking to New Zealand. 5-8 business days. Any international duties, taxes or charges that may be applied in the customer’s country of residence are the sole responsibility of the customer.

REST OF THE WORLD

I offer a flat rate of $40 express post (with signature) and tracking worldwide. 8-16 business days.
Any international duties, taxes or charges that may be applied in the customer’s country of residence are the sole responsibility of the customer.

PROCESS, TRACKING & DELIVERY
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation including a tracking number. Please note that delivery time frames are an estimate and do not take into account transit delays.

RETURNS

Unfortunately, as I hand make each piece, I don’t offer refunds for change of mind purchases, so please make sure that you select carefully especially the ring size. If you have any questions, please contact me via the contact page or email Luciennegregsonjewellery@gmail.com

If an item is deemed faulty or is damaged during delivery, please notify me within 10 business days and I will repair it within a reasonable time frame. If I cannot repair it within a reasonable time frame a replacement will be offered. This does not include wear and tear. Return shipping must be sent via Australia Post (with tracking).

WORKSHOPS

If you have purchased a space at one of the workshops, you can cancel up to three weeks prior to the workshop date to receive a full refund. If you cancel your space at the workshop within three weeks of the date, you will receive a full refund if your space can be filled if not you will receive 50% refund.
